Items that are free from defects and match the description and customization details from our website are not eligible for return. If an item has been made as ordered and is as described on our site, it is considered final sale.

Errors on Our Part
If we made a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you. In some cases, we may ask for a photo of the item you received to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

Customer Mistakes
If you ordered the wrong item or need a different design, we offer a 50% discount on a new order. Please contact us directly at sales@giftsforya.com to arrange for a return or replacement, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return & Replacement Guidelines
All returns and replacements must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
